Morecare Freesia — Support for Toileting Transfers
The Morecare Freesia is a hygiene and toileting sling designed for caregiver-assisted transfers with a compatible patient hoist. It combines padded support with an open design that provides access for clothing adjustment and personal hygiene.
Open Design for Personal Care
The opening around the bottom and lower back gives caregivers access during toilet and commode routines. This makes Freesia an option where toileting access is an important part of the user's transfer requirements.
Integrated Positioning Support
Freesia features a padded body section, separate thigh supports, a waist belt and an extended head-support section. Correct sizing and positioning are essential to support the user appropriately.
Used with a Compatible Patient Hoist
Webbing attachment loops connect the sling to an approved compatible spreader bar. The fitting arrangement must follow Morecare's instructions for the selected sling and hoist combination.
The patient hoist is sold separately.

Intended Use
Use only with an approved compatible hoist and the prescribed attachment arrangement. Walking, standing training and bathing are not established uses for this model.
Inspect Before Every Use
Check the fabric, seams, waist belt, straps and attachment loops for damage or wear. Stop using the sling if any component is damaged.
Fit & Attach Correctly
Follow the supplied instructions for positioning the body, head and thigh sections. Confirm every required attachment loop is securely connected before lifting.
The waist belt does not replace the lifting attachments.
Supervised Transfers
A trained caregiver must fit the sling and supervise the transfer. Never leave a user unattended while suspended.
Do not exceed the lowest rated capacity of the sling, hoist or spreader bar.
Cleaning & Storage
Follow the washing and drying instructions supplied with Freesia. Dry fully before storage and keep away from sharp objects and direct heat.
Do not modify the sling or repair load-bearing sections yourself. Contact Morecare for inspection or replacement guidance.
Ordering
Order through morecare.in or contact our team for sizing, hoist compatibility and manual orders. Payment is 100% in advance; COD is not available.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping within India is included in the quoted price. Processing normally takes 48–72 hours, followed by a further 48–72 hours for dispatch. Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days after dispatch, Monday–Saturday. Confirm the schedule when ordering.
Fitting Guidance & After-Sales Support
Video guidance and live video-call support are available for fitting and product enquiries. Report faults with your order details and clear photographs. Initial assessment or service arrangement normally takes 24–48 hours; resolution depends on the issue.
Warranty
Freesia's applicable warranty period, covered components and exclusions will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
Cancellation
Order cancellation carries a 5% fee, increasing to 10% once customisation has started. Contact Morecare promptly to confirm the order's status.
Returns & Refunds
Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging intact and provide packed-box photographs for return pickup.
Eligible change-of-mind returns carry a 20% restocking fee on the invoiced product price including GST; courier charges are included in this fee. Confirm eligibility for used, customised and hygiene products before ordering.
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of receiving the returned product. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
