As a general guideline:

  • Frames: Typically covered for a period of 6 months to 1 year.

  • Electrical Components (including motors and control systems): Often covered for 1 to 3 years.

  • Batteries: May have a separate warranty, often up to 3 years.

What is Covered:

  • Failures in materials or workmanship under normal use

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents

2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs: For products outside of the warranty period or for damage not covered by the warranty, we offer a paid repair service. We will provide you with a quote for the repair costs before any work is done.

  • Process: To request a repair, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process of shipping the product to our service center. Customers are typically responsible for shipping costs for repairs.
