• Toileting – Integrated commode provides a seated toileting option with a rear-removable bucket.
• Showering – Supports caregiver-assisted seated bathing in a bathroom with suitable access and a stable floor.
• Daily Activities – Removable tray can be used for meals, reading or grooming when seated use is appropriate.

Combining these functions may reduce the need to change between separate care chairs. The user's abilities, environment and transfer technique determine suitability.

• Adults with reduced mobility who can help lift or reposition themselves during caregiver-assisted transfers.
• Users with sufficient head and trunk control for the supplied seating support.
• People whose body size and transfer environment match the standard chair or an approved customized version.

Customization on Request

• Alternative seating dimensions, height configurations, cushioning, tray options and upholstery colours may be discussed.
• Any modified dimensions, weight capacity, price and delivery time must be confirmed before manufacture.

Essential Safe Use

• Follow the product manual and use an assessed caregiver-assisted transfer method.
• Use on level, stable surfaces; engage all four caster locks before stationary transfers.
• Ensure the swing-open seating mechanism is fully closed and locked before the user is supported.
• Keep hands and feet clear of moving parts; never use the activity tray for lifting or weight-bearing.
• Do not use Ally for fully dependent sling lifting, or if the seat, locks, wheels or hydraulic system are damaged.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean padding and commode components after use with suitable mild cleaners.
• Dry the frame after showering; do not direct high-pressure water at the hydraulic system.
• Regularly check caster brakes, seat locks, fasteners and hydraulic operation. Stop use and seek service if faults appear.

Shipping & Setup

• Order processing: approximately 48–72 working hours after payment; dispatch may take a further 48–72 working hours, subject to availability.
• Delivery: approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch; timelines for customized orders are confirmed separately.
• Shipping is included to serviceable Indian locations, according to the current product policy.
• Supplied partly disassembled; assembly video and virtual setup guidance are available.

Warranty

• 12 months against qualifying manufacturing defects in the structural frame and hydraulic mechanism.
• Normal wear, misuse, overloading, accidents and unauthorized modification are excluded; retain the purchase invoice.

Returns & Refunds

• 10-Day Return Window – Request a return within 10 days of delivery, subject to return eligibility.
• 20% Restocking Fee – A 20% fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.
• Courier Charges Included – Courier charges are covered within the 20% restocking fee. No additional courier fee is deducted.
• Refund Amount – For an eligible change-of-mind return, 80% of the product price is refundable.
• Transit Damage – Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs or video. Damage and defect claims are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
• Customized Products – Customized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law.
