Essential Safety

• Always use under trained caregiver or therapist supervision.
• Check support fittings, rear brakes, wheels, fasteners and frame before use.
• Use on firm, level surfaces. Avoid slopes, stairs, potholes and slippery ground.
• Engage the rear-wheel brakes during stationary positioning as instructed in the manual.
• Do not exceed the maximum user-weight capacity.
• Stop use if any support, wheel, lock or structural component is damaged.
• The six-wheel design does not guarantee protection against falls or tipping.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Wipe the frame with a damp cloth and clean support pads with mild soap.
• Dry thoroughly and inspect moving parts regularly.
• Store indoors and follow the user manual for assembly and maintenance.

Shipping & Installation

• Dispatch: Usually 2–3 working days after order confirmation, subject to availability.
• Delivery: Approximately 4–5 working days after dispatch, depending on location.

Returns & Refunds

• 10-Day Return Window – Return requests may be made within 10 days of delivery for all Morecare products, subject to eligibility.
• 20% Restocking Fee – Applies to approved change-of-mind returns.
• Courier Charges Included – Return courier charges are included in the 20% restocking fee. No separate return courier fee is deducted.
• Transit Damage – Report damage within 48 hours with photos or videos for prompt assistance.
• Defective Products – Manufacturing defects and transit-damage claims are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
• Customized Orders – The same return-request window applies; any special eligibility conditions must be disclosed and agreed before ordering, subject to applicable law.
• Packaging – Retain the original packaging during the return period.

Warranty

• 12-month warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.
